My cousin wants to call his girlfriend, is it possible and how?
My cousin is former military and wants the request of his friend who is Mexican. He was dragged here as a child, if she has little choice or say in the matter. She went to elementary, middle and high school here. She started going to college, then went to work. Now she goes back to school and wondered if there was any thing he could do for her. He wants to marry her, but not by that fact. What can you do? Any help please?
If it is illegal .. can not resolve the situation in the United States
